Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the watch or accessory in its original Daniel Wellington box along with all protective films and tags.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over the package to your local courier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
